In all honesty, you seem less like a support member and more of attacking me. That's okay. I do know how many rules my bot has. And actually that warning used to be a thing, and I removed it because of the several people who ignored that alert. You're not doing your job at handling the situation, but it seems more like you have an unprofessional problem with me.
This does not make sense. " because of the several people who ignored that alert."

The if conditional statement I mentioned would alert the user about the action being restricted and drop the request so that the number is never dialed. Also please provide the actual TOS or rules of the service, rather than a message in a channel filled with miscellaneous updates, and other information. You cannot expect each customer to read through the hundreds of messages in this channel to read one message.

Dawg I'll give the fucking indian access because you guys obviously don't know how to handle shit or choose your staff members lol. Second off if I make an announcement and it's spread numerous times through DM's and chats and reposted in channels and even broadcasted on the bot, and people STILL don't know how to read then that's not my problem.

My previous if statement alerted and banned. Then I had several people try to find a way around it so now it's a permanent ban.

You have 18 hours in which to restore the user's access, or reimburse their funds.

I don't acknowledge ad hominem based statements.

Seeing as you have individuals which actively are persuading clients of your service to trigger this auto banning system, I for the third time will advise the implementation of simply having the program upon detection of a blacklisted number; to drop the request before it initiates the call and prompt the user with an alert stating the number is black listed.

I do not see the downside to this, it would only serve to benefit you.
