Hi, you had leaked the account information in your report. So if there was an issue with the account I have no way to fix it now because you leaked the account information. Due to this, I cannot refund you. You should've DM'd an admin with the pictures.

We have no way to tell either if you purposely played with the account to lock it, and now that you leaked it there is no possible way to fix it.

As a kind gesture all I can offer is partial store credit.

You should have provided support at first place, I have experienced same situation with your support. If your support says to contact you directly there should be answer within 24 hours. yall are clearly trying to take advantage of c.to rules, every shop has a tos in place for a reason like situations like these. I have only seen like 2-3 shops that give out refunds the rest would give you store credit or allow you to wait for the restock you just gotta hit em up. lol, if you buying something you should personally KNOW the RISK your taking.

When you are going to run a shop this large you have to be able to provide support needed. I have nothing against Datatouch, he is legend here but support provided for the shop is not good enough and it ends up in deal disputes often. And don't even mention real life with this, if you simply don't have time and you run this kind of business there needs to be someone to provide support. Imagine Amazon not being able to provide warranty because Jeff Bezos is on vacation, does it even make sense to you?

This scam report has nothing to do with you, the OP hasn't replied for a few days and they've leaked the account information. They're not getting a refund.

You didn't provide the support needed, you had plenty of time to look at the account and unlock it. You ignored him instead.

Stop replying to this fucking report before you get warned. If you read the actual report he leaked the account details multiple times.

It is partial store credit what he will receive because he leaked his account causing it to lock. He hasn't been active since creating the scam report, he's not getting a refund.

im not taking partial i can show where i contected him on tele and everything and no one wanted to help

You're not getting a refund, I already talked to Teken and he understood that you leaked the account information in the scam report which makes it so there is no chance that I could have helped, as you could have locked the account by logging in with a high fraud score IP.

You will get partial refund in store credit, I could just deny you store credit and give you nothing but I am trying to meet you in the middle.
