remove abusive behaviour ban

im here to suggest removing this ridiculous ban option for 2 reasons:
1. being "abusive" is a part of someones character and his way of showing his personality (fuck you niggas)
2. i dont have another reason rn but maybe later anyways remove this or mega gay.

I hear "being homophobic, racist, anti-semitic (etc) is part of my character, and not only showing it is how I express my personality, I also abuse from it so I can feel free and be in peace with myself. Hating on people is who I am"
And in the end, I don't think it's a community-friendly change

In fact, I personnaly think that staff is too laxist about the following rules :
- 8 Engaging in threatening/insulting behaviour towards other members is prohibited, doing so will lead to a 7 day suspension.
- 4 Posting material that is purposely sexist, racist or generally offensive with the intent to cause harm is prohibited.
