OP bought from another site, the payment method he used is OSGP which is a game currency, I will refund using that method.
This is unacceptable, I am not going to be bullied to giving more money to the buyer.

He used a payment method that has a fluctuating rate, he gave me 16$ on a 0.55$/m rate, which is 29m, and I sold them to cash.
Right now the rate is 0.595$/m, which means I will give him back 26.89m

Just like bitcoin, if a buyer makes a payment of 10$ which lets say is at a rate of 100$/btc is 0.1btc at the time, and when there is a refund the btc rate got higher to 200$/btc, doesn't mean I will refund 0.1btc, I will refund 10$ worth in btc.

OSGP refund is fine. But should the same paid not be refunded? He originally stated the rate was .65 now,I was immediately able to link him to .595 (up from .55, actually about .52 via btc now), and offered 26.89m (2.1m, 8% less).

I searched websites for the cheapest rate to be fair to the buyer, then even offered him to link any better rate and I will take it, this only shows I want to be fair, on the other hand buyer is a bit retarded
