Additional Information: hired him as cashapp holder, he said his cashapp is verified and everything and when i told him to exchange he started telling me that his cashapp asks to verify again and he cant do anything about it, telling a bunch of lies that he's under age and shit, after that saying the cashapp was opened with fullz, not trying to hear anymore lies so opened a dispute here, waiting for the funds.

there's nothing to refund, he was holding my payments in his cashapp and when I told him i wanna withdraw the money he said his cashapp got locked cause it isnt verified, after telling me it is verified.

The only reason it would get locked is around 8-10+ transactions in a couple hours/minutes when its new/unsual activity. This is quite normal for none T3 cashapps.
