Hello, I will now provide a full report about this:

User paid 2$ with crypto currency and the paid funds where manually added to this buyer account balance of our platform, even when the minimum accepted is 20$ with manual method we did an exception due that user was new in our platform ): https://gyazo.com/39b776c20e37ea1812090625f63e5eb0

Now as you can see in the previous image the buyer had in account balance 0.27$ as the added 2$ amount where used in the order shown in the orders section which was already completed and delivered low time after was placed: https://gyazo.com/d11cc3ae2152267076976234aae779ae

Also in ticket the buyer got answers hours after he's write, even when it was a non business day we replied him in hours: https://gyazo.com/2649b4427e98e4c362ef91c483911803

All this pictures are taken from the buyer account in our website, which means, that it is exactly what that buyer see in he's account and all he can do is from that account, so we had been taking the pictures from he's account to prove that what he said, it's completly fake.

We attended the buyer, buyer paid for funds which where added to the buyer's account balance in our platform and we've delivered the only order that buyer did.
