Additional Information: he opened cases to some orders that he got replaced for alr (ghost of tshuima) i told him what he wanted once again he didn't answer for it he as well promised that he will close cases before but for me it shows as still opened (the 2.5 ones) and i need to response to them
[If Applicable] Crypto address for a refund: let him just close the cases
+ he could've contact my replacement team which i told him of and i called it in my group @zurixteam but he did not, instead he dmed me while im busy which as well i mentioned
