TOS provided in the bio every coustemer can see it and read it and no one ever complained from it and even it's written TOS in English and conditions in Arabic and u can run translator and easily read it like every other coustemer did i can replace u with good rdp like i did to others because i had a problem in the website but refund is impossible and the other rdps you bought working well just 2 or 1 not working

There isn't anything in english, when purchasing I didn't know about your ToS as nothing was written in thread, I clicked on your channel to see everything in Arabic and how the hell I could know shit about it? It's not about your ToS it is about that you take 72hours to replace something, never online, rdp lives for 24h-96h nothing like that was instructed before purchasing. I would understand if one or two die but not every single one and replacements you gave died after 24hrs and other after 72hrs.
Everything is in screenshots, reply time and replacement issue time it takes you to replace one rdp 72hours, as I already told above I'm paying monthly fee not for 2 weeks of usage.

you told me that after the fact after they have been started to die and I asked for refund, I really don't care about your real life and your studies, if you can't do you business well while doing real life choose one and not let your clients down. Run translator was mentioned to me when I had problems and asked for refund how the hell I could have known your ToS before buying product as I couldn't find it anywhere to my knowledge.

Its not in readable language. Why are you running from the fact why we are here its not your ToS but service you have provided to me or also in ToS its said that its normal to wait 72-100h to you come to online and tell me that wait for your replacement for another 24h? That's the thing why I'm asking refund as I'm not getting service I paid for.
