Additional Information:
Bought a visa for $80 neither the card nor the replacement worked. Support hasn't replied in 1 week and to top it off the prepaids from the drop on 9/12 (https://ping.fo/dashboard) worked fine on my aged account from 2018. I would like a full refund as prepaids aren't in a good state rn and there is nothing on site of use to me to buy with store credit.
