Additional Information: bought this program from their sellix a few days ago. as soon as i received the license key i got my first problem: the website wasnt working, i tried to register but it wouldnt do anything. after a day the problem got fixes and i finally downloaded the software.
another error accoured: the program wasnt working. i tried to register multiple times and yet i always received <nil> error. i tried to contact him on telegram, discord, opened a ticket and everything but the seller is unresponsive. left a negative rep too but he still hasnt answered me.
i hope doing this will make him help me finally.
(this guy has 3 staff assistants in his discord that are always online, i tried @here in the ticket but they wont answer)

I do not offer support via Telegram nor via Discord DM's, our support goes via our Discord server (either in #support or if you don't get a reaction from the community via a ticket which staff will respond to). Sadly our Discord server was terminated this weekend but I wasn't home so I couldn't set it up until yesterday night. The first issue you had with our login not working had to do with Cloudflare blocking your requests, we unblocked your ip and solved the issue very quickly. The second issue you have with <nil>, which you reported today, made you create a deal dispute and neg rep me the same day you report an issue, this is just not very nice nor will it speed up anything, it actually does the opposite because I've now spent my time on responding to this deal dispute, so now it will take even longer. Besides one of our staff members responded to your ticket today, so calling us unresponsive is not true which imo makes this deal dispute invalid. Also, our staff assistants will not be assisting you with this issue, only staff can.

Anyways, we will respond to your ticket when we can.

it seems kinda absurd to me to have to wait days, when your staff is online really often. i asked support on the telegram group, on the discord server and opened ticket. the <nil> error is the error i got since when i bought the program and to be honest when i spend money i'd like to have my things working, expecially since youre not a random guy that created this sniper. am i asking too much if i ask for support that doesnt answer after 10+ hours? opening this scam report was the only way to get your attention.

still proves nothing you retard. a screenshot of the support ticket will either prove or dissprove that. No ones going to randomly take someones sentence for truth on a scam report.

You opened a support ticket 18 hours ago, Yunus responded to your ticket 9 hours ago. We aren't machines, allow us a bit more time to look into your issue and respond to your ticket. opening a deal dispute and leaving negative feedback after 18 hours is ridiculous and only slows down the resolution process.
