Additional Information: i bought an adobe creative cloud account with lifetime warranty, owner is a nice person and i have bought
other packages from them before and didn't have any issues, after a few months the plan on the adobe account got expired or terminated
i contacted the seller via their website's support ticket and they responded like so:
"Sorry to hear that mate,
the method we used to upgrade ur account was patched sadly,
but we recently bought a new stock of pre made accounts ( stable, and don't drop at all ) but their price was too Hight and we're selling them in the store for 79$ i can replace for u with one of those account for just 20$ ( cuz u already paid for old method )"
i bought an adobe creative account with lifetime warranty, i didnt buy the method, and so i responded:
"i paid 75$ for a lifetime adobe package, bought jetbrains package before that, if your method is patched BUT you have another method, you have to replace for me with the new method, otherwise you are not really selling lifetime packages as a method can die as soon as a month and so you just keep asking for more money each time, im honestly a bit shocked that you responded like this, i have trusted your shop more than countless others, your shop is also the most expensive, but it didnt bother me since i knew you are a good owner, but this is not how you do lifetime packages, i need a full replacement or refund without extra charges"
im waiting for a response and have made this report just in case and for further assessment if they dont replace or refund
i want to clarify i have nothing against the seller, i like their shop and this is not my first time buying from them, but this time around and with how they
responded to my support ticket, i feel i might have had too much trust in this shop, i hope that im wrong
