Additional Information: i bought an adobe creative cloud account with lifetime warranty, owner is a nice person and i have bought
other packages from them before and didn't have any issues, after a few months the plan on the adobe account got expired or terminated
i contacted the seller via their website's support ticket and they responded like so:
"Sorry to hear that mate,
the method we used to upgrade ur account was patched sadly,
but we recently bought a new stock of pre made accounts ( stable, and don't drop at all ) but their price was too Hight and we're selling them in the store for 79$ i can replace for u with one of those account for just 20$ ( cuz u already paid for old method )"

i bought an adobe creative account with lifetime warranty, i didnt buy the method, and so i responded:
"i paid 75$ for a lifetime adobe package, bought jetbrains package before that, if your method is patched BUT you have another method, you have to replace for me with the new method, otherwise you are not really selling lifetime packages as a method can die as soon as a month and so you just keep asking for more money each time, im honestly a bit shocked that you responded like this, i have trusted your shop more than countless others, your shop is also the most expensive, but it didnt bother me since i knew you are a good owner, but this is not how you do lifetime packages, i need a full replacement or refund without extra charges"

im waiting for a response and have made this report just in case and for further assessment if they dont replace or refund
i want to clarify i have nothing against the seller, i like their shop and this is not my first time buying from them, but this time around and with how they
responded to my support ticket, i feel i might have had too much trust in this shop, i hope that im wrong

received a replacement in the support ticket

seller explained the situation with this response:
"really sorry to see that you felt that way, we honestly paid a very large price for the current stock, from time to time when the main method dies and to keep our service running, we ask our customers that needs a replacement for that small extra to help us keep the same service, but i understand ur situation and no worries, i'll send u a replacement account in less than 24h"

i want to say that i understand sometimes to offer a better service you gotta spend more than before
but 75$ for an account is not very cheap either, if you look at the marketplace here
there are seller that sell these accounts for 15-20$, they are not as vouched or as old in forum as you but some of them have a good
service running, i only decided to stick with you because i have bought other accounts from you before and didn't have any problems with them
now as a customer i have to look after my own interest, i paid 75$ for an account with warranty, it didnt last very long but since you asured me that in such a case
there will be replacement, it didnt bother me to spend 75$ on it, its a good deal if the account keeps working without hickups, but your first response contradicts the
warranty process and makes the whole purchase look like a bad decision, it is my understanding that with lifetime services
the seller usually capitalizes on the fact that the accounts will last long without problem OR they can easily replace them with minimal cost or with a cost that will still
allow for profit, you explained the method that you used on the account was patched, this will surely cost you and you will have to rearrange and re plan your business but the
cost will have to be paid by yourself, im just a customer that bought an account to use for my own personal work, i dont want to be bothered to know what you do with the methods...
if you believe this cost should be paid by the customer, it is required that you update your terms of the warranty and include a clause for such situations where a method dies and based on the
new costs that you have to endure for the new method, customer will be asked to pay a fee for replacement, when i bought this account this wasnt mentioned in your terms and so your response in ticket
was shocking to me, commkng from a shop i trust the most

in any case i appreciate that you decided to not escalate this issue and issued a replacement, i can surely keep purchasing from your shop
knowing that greed is not what drives you and you actually care about your customers, admins can close this dispute
