This guy is assuming he sent an email to a never said email from our part, he assumed that he sent an email to: [email protected] (WITHOUT THE S): https://gyazo.com/98a3e9f499591e49bdafb855e87be6d8
When our only email we have is WITH S BEFORE THE @: [email protected]
He is chatting with a person 0 related with us and that prove it, he assume he made that and he said that in his messages, as well in his own messages it shows a conversation generated trough a ticket where we are saying our real email (the one with S) and he started talking to another person with another email with 0 relation to us and now this guy is blaming us when we where the first ones to clarify our only one email in that ticket saying it properly and WITH S: https://ibb.co/BLxKw6Q (that image was sent by him, and it's the ticket conversation showed in the email and just see it says with S)
He is talking to another person, this other person is trying to scam people because another guy told us that too trough Blackhatworld and we decided to advise our customers: https://gyazo.com/a22c5d9d6e8610dc3206f125903e8a7a
We always care about our customers satisfaction and safety and once again, as well than I'm showing on the conversation that's 0 related with us and I want to kindly request you to end that conversation because we are talking about something 0 Related with us.
So, please, kindly end this and don't make it go longer because we spent hours replying this guy about something we aren't involved and we lost hours just because he is blaming us about something he assume he made wrongly and 0 related with us. Please kindly end this conversation properly and don't make this go longer when we are 0 involved in nothing of that.
Inclusive a new guy who joined the conversation recently is supporting our argument saying we are not scam.. As well than many other customers that we have and can say the same. Please, don't make this go longer and end this right now because everything of that it's started for something 0 related to us.
