Additional Information: at the start dropout agreed to work with the config ive sent him and he clearly told me he can do it after a really long time he told me capture aint working ( we also agreed for capture ) and now he wont refund cuz he "did a lot of work" ( while all he do is converting cfg   )while I got nothing yet.
and another detail is that he wanted 150$ but I only sent him 100$ and hold the 50$ until he finish.
another thing is that I dont have other config... so just refund me

You sent him broken config you won't expect him to fix it now, you paid for getting a checker based on the config YOU sent him, if it's broken its your problem not his.
