Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Netflix 1 year accounts upgrade (160$)

Additional Information: bought 8 accounts for one year (20$ per acc). they kept downgrading every week but i was understanding and always gave him time to reupgrade sometimes it took 1 month to upgrade. now 1 account downgraded(and more accounts will downgrade soon cuz theyre just bad) and when i texted him about it he said he closed his services. while my 1 year "warranty" is still active so he scammed me theres no warranty and he wont fix any downgraded accounts
