Additional Information: Im literally mad, i was grinding days to get the Money - I even got myself get scammed before by an exchanger yesterday too, so i had to grind again 100€ to finally find a trusted exchanger, to get the bitcoins and send it to him - its kinda pissing me off that I literally got scammed in this week by 200$ BTC and another 100€ - I know I have to be more cautious, but its kinda sad if you have mostly to go first as a Buyer, just to get end up scammed by fucks. 
Informations about the Chat: He wanted at the beginning 500$ for the Config, then we kinda settled to 250, and if I got some hits i would pay him the rest of the 250$, but since it took kinda Longer, and I had only 150$ at that time, we agreed 
that he will only take 200$ first, and then by 7-10days ill send him the rest (thinking like, when Ill get hits and sell it, it wont be a big problem) after I send him today the BTC, he deleted the whole telegram chat, changed his username in telegram and deleted the whole thread. (Cant say if its 100% the right thread, since its deleted - but i think its the right one)

In fact, this person wrote to me about the configuration, but the fact is that no one wrote to me in the telegram asking for a purchase, perhaps this person became a victim of fraudsters, and stumbled upon a fake of my telegram
