Additional Information: contacted him to buy proxies, he didnt let me test, but insisted his proxies great. now that i send him and test they banned on all my targets. he refuses to refund me. also i am not touching the proxies at all, he has no reason not to refund. i used the proxies once to test if they work on my target. I definitely did not use more than 1gb and I still wont

he has no reason not to refund, he can easily take proxies away from me and sell them to another. its not like he forced to give me them. i would have loved using his proxies if they were not banned eveywhere.

He resolved this by giving me another proxy provider (i did have to pay more but im honestly fine with it)
