Additional Information: After buying the proxies I was expecting an account to log into to check the bandwidth usage, he had told me that I will not be given an account and that he will tell me my usage when I ask him.
I was already suspicious because of this, yet I had bought it already. After using the proxy for a while with checking my usage on my end I asked him how much I had used, he surprisingly told me I had used around 3x Less than what I had actually used, I knew something was wrong because how can I use 100gb's and yet the panel showed I had used 30gb's.
After purchasing the proxy every now and then it would stop working out of the blue and I had to dm tuboltae for him to send me a new proxy because the old one was "down". This had happened around 3-4 times in total and everytime it was a proxy under a different user and pass auth.
On the 2nd of december the proxies were suddenly down again and I dmed him about it, to which he told me to wait, then another 2 days passed after which he replied back with a new proxy.
Yesterday the proxy he gave had died under 24 hours and this time he wasnt replying at all for a while till I told him to refund me to which he started to say that I used all my bandwidth and that I had none left. I knew this wasnt true because I had been tracking my usage, I had used under 30gb's on the latests proxy he had sent me and in total I used a maximum of 250-300 gb's.
I have heard from other people saying they had experienced the same exact thing, them not getting the bandwidth they paid for, and the other people who do keep buying might not even be aware of how much they are using in the first place.
