I can't remember that i told him it works without the proxies in our dialogue. He asked me about tor then i tell that it works perfectly with TOR proxies :)

But actually it works without proxies. Here is instruction screen for moderator. This guy just can't use correctly, he doesn't even read my instructions i include with every adbot. I have like 20+ positive vouches in my channel that my adbot works great. ALSO THIS IS MY PERSONAL ADBOT. I'm the creator of this.
