Additional Information: bought a prepaid gift card and was told that i was supposed to find a website that took visa gift cards without a cvv which my first place was amazon i go put the card and it ends up fucking up my account, i then go to the user and ask what other websites i should try this on, he gave me 3 websites and i tried buying something on the same website he said to use the card on, order gets canceled because they said they were not able to verify the payment and they need a 6 digit code that only the card issuer makes , there for these cards he is selling are useless and dont allow you to do anything, keep in mind this was a website he suggested, and it still failed, i asked multiple times if i could just get a refund as the cards are useless but he refuses to and i cba to continue with this clown
