sendthread.php is probably not supposed to be enabled

I looked for a button to mail a thread, and I couldn't find it, so I assume a user isn't supposed to send threads via Cracked's SendGrid.
Yet, by using sendthread.php?tid= with a valid thread id, you can send up to 4 emails every 24 hours (and expose your own mail address).
