Additional Information: User was offering to hold paypal for 20% which i was fine with, then he had some issues finding an exchanger for days and today he folded and deleted telegram Lol
Not sure why he did this as he clearly tried to get it exchanged earlier, anyways told the customers to chargeback so enjoy your personal pp in the gutter because you'd rather make a quick 1k than 10k+
