There isn't a safe strategy when you're trading. Don't trade whatever you don't afford to lose. Most profitable and verified method is to buy and hodl. Set a buy and a sell target.

I used to be a cryptocurrency trader for a trading firm. The profitable strategies we ran were market-neutral like statistical arbitrage.
From a retail perspective, almost all of these strategies are not applicable simply because there are specific requirements like trading infrastructure and application.

However, perhaps something you could consider would be supply demand, price action oriented trading systems. But keep in mind these would not be risk-free.
