xbox one ea servers. Need help

hello everyone i just got motivation to play skate 3 again, dont know if i used motivation right but u get it. 

whenever i try to get into online servers it says authenticating user. then it says the ea server is not available at this time please try again later.

has anyone else got this problem and if so how did u fix it?

ive tried the basic things reseting router trying wired internet and normal wifi, ive got xbox live.

Please help i would apreciate it alot.

try this: "log in to your account at ea.com at the top right, unlink your Xbox one account, restart your console and game, then you will be able to connect"
