Additional Information:
I purchased a package of a thread and signature from a graphic designer named Mr. QuiortGraphs. Initially, everything was great. However, when I asked him to create a thread similar to the one found in https://i.ibb.co/kGJFny4/Untitled-1-Remastered.png, he provided me with a different design https://ibb.co/3BDgqBQ which was still good but did not require $30 to produce. I explained that I could do better and he told me that creating a similar thread would break the cracked rules. He should have told me this beforehand. I asked him to make some changes to the design to make it better and cleaner but he refused. I then requested a refund and he said it was against his rules https://ibb.co/Qn9tBFB but he has no rules. In hindsight, he should have declined my initial request rather than making something that he couldn't deliver. Additionally, the quality of the work is subpar compared to his portfolio. I am requesting a full refund so that I can hire someone with more advanced skills.

As I mentioned earlier, the copy of the design you provided is not impressive. Even a design that closely resembles what I asked for is not worth it. All I wanted was a more edited version, but it appears that you are unable to provide higher-quality work.I am giving you two options: either continue working with me and create a completely new design from scratch, or refund me so that I can hire someone else.
