Hello sir, I am an admin on axenta and I'll be happy to respond to your questions.

First of all, I'd like you to understand our safety measures, as our server recently got termed and a lot of people come to us with fake order IDs to try to get a free login.

Once that is out of the way, I'll try to explain the situation as much as needed.

Every time someone comes to us for a reset, we require reason and proof so users don't steal each other's accounts. We asked for proof of purchase of the program (since you didn't have roles), and the rdp ip to show us that you did indeed get a new and valid rdp. The only issue was with the communication, as we asked you the same proof that we ask anyone, and you weren't happy to comply.
On top of that, you weren't able to give us with the information requested (https://imgur.com/gallery/WnD4mOI)

I hope that you understand us, and that you are able to send the rdp ip as we asked, so you can get your hwid reset.

As I said, I really don't understand why you refused to send us the proof we needed (RDP IP). You could argue that it takes a while to get a reset, but you took 6 hours to respond to a message of ours, then 8 hours for the next message, so I don't think time is the issue here.

On the other hand here's a few things that I want to point out to someone with an unbiased opinion for them to take a look:

He says our team became mad and toxic, meanwhile here are a few of HIS own comments:

Also, I'd like to point out that he was willing to share his order ID and his login details to the whole forum, when he knows that's what we use for verification purposes, using the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/r4vg0j

However, I give him the benefit of the doubt, and I won't question his purchase. As long as he's able to give the proof we need (RDP IP), he will (and would have always gotten) get his HWID reset.

As darkness stated Order-ID and email is enough to prove he purchased it.
Afaik your team did the same shit with me when i tried to reset my hwid.
Fix it through those details and if not possible refund his payment.
Stop being so paranoid regarding your product.
