Additional Information: Estimated time for project finalization 3-4 days, 1 month has passed, I paid 50% before starting and 50% when the project is (almost) finished.
The project still has bugs and is not usable, since I paid the total the Risky dev has not been heard, he replies every 1-2 days (is online every day) saying that the same day he would fix the project and send me the source, 10 days have passed from the payment of the total amount, I write every day in the ticket, and the staff too, patience has a limit.
I entrust the responsibility to whoever manages the service, in this case to @ANG

I gave him admin because the perms are fucked the @Developer role can't see the tickets and I just couldn't b asked to change that

You should make a report against him not me or the samurai coding service since I don't owe him he just in the server as a dev like ebay there tons of sellers but ebay doesn't take responsibility if one of em scams he did great in the past I am sorry this happened I can help you with the report and maybe put pressure on risky but I cannot take responsibility for his actions that would dumb its not fair to make a report against me if I would have risky on a pay role I would have taken responsebillity but I don't owe him he is self part time dev in a server that I own making a report against me isn't fair in anyway close this report and make one against him GL.

It is not my problem, I made the payment by going through the ticket thinking I was protected, instead now I am told that it is not the staff despite having the role of Admin? I'm sorry but the wrong is 100% yours. Things need to be specified first, not when the damage is done.
I'm sorry too that it went like this, but unfortunately patience has a limit, I can't wait 1 month for a project that needed (according to the developer) 3-4 days.
And in addition, write every day in the ticket to be calculated by someone in order to receive the source of the working project after 10 days from payment. It seems absurd to me, and your discharge is also very unprofessional.

And again, it doesn't seem to me that someone said something to me when Risky asked me to pay for the project (asked directly in the open ticket on your server). It is nowhere specified in your tos that your group is not a coding service group but an ebay-style developer reseller :/

You clearly say the developer told see you just said it samurai coding service isn't responseble for the developers actions I am sorry it went like this I never had acces to those funds so it would be weird to refund you when I never even scammed you I don't have anything against you so its sad that you open this report against me wich isn't fair I am sorry it went like this but I can't refund you from my own money

I am not clinging to anything risky performed great in the past and his portfolio looked great how could I have known he would have exit scammed I don't owe him he is just in my server I am sorry for your loss but I am not responsible for his actions for something that he did you should make a report against him and keep me out of it
