Started working out and eating better on march 10th, I was 194lbs, now, May 20th, I have made it to 164lbs!
[font]I changed my weight losing methods and am now working a bit more of strength training :)[/font]

Mostly just cardio(walking) for multiple hours, but now I'm going to start strength training
