Additional Information: I dont call him out as scammer but he said that I won, tried to contact him on telegram many times, not even left on read, once replied for first he told me to confirm my tele in c.io dm.
+ I would like to spin his wheel, he answered to @Earner who entered to the giveaway after me while I am not even left on read. 

As I know "fake" giveaways are against the rules, I dont even care if I will get raped logs just give me what I won
