Additional Information: 
Bought the bot through atstop I ask him for support he refuses to help and gets mad at me and tells me to figure it out myself i tell him that I did read the instructions and the FAQ and he calls me a liar I ask him to refund me and since i become very worried after he decides to go offline and refuse to give me support. he is now threatening to remove my access as well 
.I spam him and explain to him why I want a refund he comes online and says he's blocking me for a hour I would like a refund since he doesn't want to give me any type of support and I have paid $65 for a bot that I'm not even able to use. he then says to read the instructions since it has everything I need but it literally does not say I need to open it with notepad++  I sent the messages to a admin and he told me to make a dispute which is why I have made this

Ah I knew this would happen, so please let me explain

He bought the tool on the 27th of may, almost a month ago.
He messaged me today asking for the updated files which I gladly provided.

Now here's the issue, with the software file there's an instruction and frequently asked question files. I made it clear that I will NOT answer question that can be answered by reading either of those file since I have created them to answer the generic question.

Now this buyer DIDN'T read said files, he spent around 50 messages of constant rambling for a question that was answered in said files. I told him it to read the files, he said he did, I told him to go read again and now he magically figured how to fix the issue he spent 50 messages asking me about.

While I was preparing dinner he messaged me 24 times in LESS than 10 minutes, I told him that sending me anything more than 4 messages in a row is spamming and that I'll mute him for 24 hours if he do so again. He then proceeded to insult me for 8 messages in a row. I then blocked him and told him that I'll message him back in 24 hours.

After I blocked him temporarily he proceeded to insult me from another account that I was also forced to block. Now keep in mind that I NEVER refused to refund him, he never even asked for a refund. But I will not refund him for something that WORKS "I currently have 39 happy customer, every issue that they ever had has been fixed and I constantly push new updates and add more features"

Now @Liars I'm not too sure how this is considered a scam report, I never refused to refund because he never asked for one, I also never refused to help, on the contrary I've helped him already. All I asked was for him to stop spamming me. In 24 hours he will be unmuted and unblocked and I will keep offering support like I did. I simply asked to respected . The ONLY real concern he mentioned is that I didn't write in my instruction that Notepad++ need to be installed to edit a .json file as txt. I didn't know this had to be said but I'll make sure to write it so that my future customers don't face this confusion.

I didn't back then but now your absolutely not being refunded. In 24 hours I'll unblock you, I'll help you with any question that can't be answered by either of those two files and that's it. You won't be refunded SIMPLY because I didn't write that Notepad++ is needed to edit a .json file. My past 39 customer never asked which is why it wasn't in the FAQ file

You will not be refunded, I'll provide you with support in 24 hours like I've said. I never refused to help you. Now PLEASE stop harassing my customers. Also please stop lying about me going from online to offline, you can't even see if I'm online on Telegram due to my privacy settings. I didn't ignore you, I also don't have my notification on for Telegram which is why I saw the 24 messages sent in less than 10 minutes AFTER they were sent. If I had my notification on I would have known before.
