Additional Information: This dude is completely ignoring my messages, as he writes in general but not on my ticket, he is also possibly reselling from ezproxies.com, as it lists that website on the proxy error I get. I bought the proxies and only used them for a day, they’ve been down for 2 now, even though he promised it would be back within 24h. I don’t want the proxies anymore, this service is terrible, I want a refund instead.

He is legit saying "all sales are final no refunds", even though the fucking proxies havent even worked, he also says hes not giving me the proxies asap, he says he will give them tomorrow, ive been waiting for 3 days and im not gonna wait 1 more, i need them today, i will buy proxies from someone else and i want my refund right now.

Jerk or not these are my tos you agreed too. 99% uptime ig we hit the 1% lucky i put that in the tos. There back online tmr and absolute worst case the day after. You are not getting a refund in cash 3 days will be added to all active plans. PS thx for using proxzilla please close the report. My tos are very clear you have no right to claim a refund you agreed to this.
