Hey there!

I totally get where you're coming from, and I appreciate your interest in how things work here. Just to give you a bit of insight, our community chat is a big, buzzing space with over 4000 awesome people. They're all here to share their experiences, including the ups and downs they have with our services. It's pretty normal for folks to talk about what's bugging them, and that's cool with us.

I noticed you're really focused on the refund process, especially how it takes a couple of days. In an ideal world, refunds would be zippy fast, like snapping your fingers, right? But unfortunately, that's not how it works, not just for us but in many places. There's a bunch of reasons why it's not instant.

And hey, we're totally on top of it. If someone's refund is taking more than a day, we encourage them to raise a ticket through our support system. We're here to help, after all. So, while I totally understand your concern, this issue is more about how things roll in the refund process with businesses and less about something going wrong on our end. Thanks for your understanding! ?

Wow Brisk! You notice I'm really focused on the refund process, but you can't notice that I'm also really focused on the reason as to why ME TELLING SOMEONE TO OPEN A REPORT warranted a whole BAN. You keep viewing this situation in your point of view but won't take a look at it from my point of view. I understand that refunds are not instant and that it takes time, but It's the fact that this individual was most likely given a maximum time or an ideal time as to when the refund should come, and I know damn well your workers would not say the ideal time is within 2 days. Nor have I ever even seen your workers give an ideal refund time like that. And don't even try to lie about that. So, it would've been in my best interest to take this person's issue, as an issue that needed to be escalated over to Cracked because his refund was taking over 2 days. Instead of encouraging them to raise a ticket, why don't you put more pressure on the workers and encourage the workers to put pressure their lazy ass exchangers on top of the refunds quicker? Maybe get new exchangers? I know that process isn't very easy, but it's a lot better than having people complain in your chat about refund times, then banning me for giving ADVICE, then feeling the need to respond to a CW that you probably thought wasn't even going to be made. Either way Brisk, this still doesn't tell me why me telling them to take their issue to Cracked WARRANTED A WHOLE BAN. You could've sent a private message, you could've just deleted my message, you could've done anything BUT ban me. So why did you feel the need to ban me?

I already explained in my previous replies. This is not a valid "scam report" as no one was scammed. You are spiteful simply for being removed for not minding your own business. If anyone is "scammed" I hope they make a report here so another set of eyes can look over the situation. I will no longer be replying to you. I do not want your business. Have a great day!

That's exactly what I thought Brisk, only took a couple of replies and pointing out the fact you kept pivoting from the main point to make you fold easily. Your ego is huge, and you took me saying that I would make a CW as a malicious threat when I previously explained that I was simply just worried for your own customers and any future customers that would use your service. You even recognized that by saying, "I really appreciate your attention to others' well-being, as it shows your caring nature." But you pivoted as you love doing. And you didn't explain anything in your previous replies, you kept hiding from the question, and now that I specified it in bold red text multiple times, you fold to the question. And you are well aware a lot of your customers don't come from Cracked, so they have no idea where to report their issues to if they do get scammed. Which is why you ban ANYONE THAT DOES MENTION Cracked. You're a complete idiot and should've never even tried replying to this thread to begin with because you've just shown you're completely incompetent. HOW DOES ME GIVING ADVICE FOR AN INDIVIDUAL THAT IS HAVING THEIR REFUND TAKE OVER 2 DAYS WARRANT AN ENTIRE BAN?

@mikeontele This is an invalid scam report as you was not scammed yourself. The people who was allegedly was scammed needs to open a report on cracked.io. We do not scam reports to be filed on behalf of someone else who was scammed. You can read the rules here https://cracked.io/Thread-Admin-Reporting-A-Scammer
