@lighttboy You are false advertising by giving out 100% success rates to your customers. You have 24hrs to do so and change any claims within your threads since it's clearly a false advertising and refund OP 50% of the said order since you've clearly failed to refund it and got his account banned.

@Darkness Since when are refunders responsible for this? Where does it state that I am required to pay 50%? Is this a forum rule, or have I ever advertised that I would cover such losses?

I’ve clearly explained that the account was banned by Amazon due to his previously closed accounts, not because of my actions. How is this my fault if I had no control over the situation?

He did not inform me about his prior issues before I began my work. I advised him to return the item to receive a full refund.

As he hasn’t paid me anything, I don’t have anything to refund him.

Additionally, I would like to see where I advertise a 100% guarantee on my threads or any content on my Telegram channel.

He inquired about the possibility of refunding an item without disclosing any details about his account status. He did not mention whether his account was new or if he had previous Amazon accounts.

As stated in my thread: 'I am not responsible for what happens before/after using my service.' This clearly indicates that I do not cover any losses on his end.

I have told him three times to simply return the item to resolve the issue.

I would also like to add that he contacted me on March 5, asking if an item from Amazon was refundable, and I confirmed 100% for that specific item.

Over a month later, he inquired again about Amazon refunds. I responded but never confirmed a 100% guarantee or agreed to anything specific.

It wasn't until April 24 that he told me that the item was delivered and provided me the account details. Even then, I never assured him of a 100% refund.

In the final, he refuses to return the item as it is not at the address he ordered it to.

Additionally, he still has the item, so how does a 50% refund make sense in this case?

If he returns the item, he gets 100% of his money back.

If he sells the brand-new item, he could recover 90-95% of its value, which I can cover if really necessary.

I did some research on this case and found the following:
 
I talked with over 10 refunders, and all confirmed that OFM randomly closes accounts and this cannot be fixed.

Additionally, on Reddit, hundreds of people are complaining about their accounts being closed without any apparent reason, even when they are not involved in refunding or similar activities.

This situation was caused by Amazon's actions, not by me nor the method used.

@n00b002 As @lighttboy is not at fault for the account closure, you can return the items and get refunded. However @lighttboy will cover cost of returns(shipping fee etc) as well as your losses for the returns. @n00b002 Please PM me, @Liars & @lighttboy with proof and the exact figures needed to return the items in question. Do so within 24hrs.

Dear @Darkness and all participants of this dispute, I want to let you know some details regarding this situation.

These disputes and the forum administration exist to protect the rights and investments of users.I turned to this refunder to earn money, his services cost 20%, I was supposed to earn 80%, but because of his failure, I demanded only 50% because I honestly calculated my losses to be that much.

I'm in another country, and in order to successfully make a purchase through Amazon, I had to find a physical address in the USA and even pay a person to accept this package and send it to me in another continent.


*I lose credit card, physical address, amazon account*
Before opening a dispute, I asked him to help me win the chargeback process by providing me PR, to provide it to a bank as a proof, he refused me. After you make decision in my favor in this dispute, yesterday he text me and offered to provide PR so that I could close the dispute(Can provide all proofs).

Now when you closed dispute, I asked him the PR, he refuse, he play game with me. No respect for the customer.

Only thing I want to protect my investments, if you don't change your decision again(because he makes excuses that he is not guilty that account was closed, but it's my first account on Amazon, clear address and clear machine(IP)), let it be. I don’t want to return the item, and I don’t want him to pay for it, let him just give me PR so that I can win the chargeback process.
