@TheRadiant Assuming you upgrade the account each month as mullvad doesn't have a "lifetime" option. @Mercy can generate a new fresh account and you can upgrade the new one as the old one seem to be either shared or hacked, even if it is, it's not possible for us to prove this by any means. Hence you will have to either keep fullfilling your "lifetime" promise and keep upgrading his new account, or refund him fully. Do so within 24hrs.

Thats exactly what i said , in the 1st reply to report i literally said to make new acc and send which he declined wanting refund only and thats when i said if he wants refund i will charge him full $5 for each month he used which he declined but now i suppose as he wanted the decison from staff on cracked he will respect that and do what i said i mean mybad what the staff said which is to make new account and send.
