You broke my TOS, you know you broke my TOS, you tried to cover your ass and it didn't work.
You still have your proxies, this 1 hr grace period you're speaking about, you had them for more then 1hour, all proxy requests are live too, all can be pulled and shown, all are timestamped.

Really, the support can take this from here, but I stand here still. - You will not be receiving a refund of any sort, you will not be invited back to the server, you can finish your 1 month on the server and thats it.
