But you engaged in a refund, you made a mistake. As the moderator said, you have to give me a free refund, that's the least you can do. I lost $400 because of you. If refunds on Amazon are no longer possible, why do you leave your service open? A friend of mine even sent you a message for a refund a few days ago, you told him it's possible. I don't understand you.

Sorry for posting here, I accept the warn. But you can't just fail a refund (or ignore the whole process) and use "you didn't even pay me lol" as an excuse? That's how 99% of the refunders work, customer pays you the fee AFTER the refund.
Then telling that Amazon is dead? Why did you accept the refund in the first place?

I don't know any refunders that refund the costs their customers have lost, I wouldn't be the first one to do so, I've fixed many refunds that were failed by many other refunders and in no case did they offer anything for free basically this guy's losses are not my problem but if you insist I can offer him a free refund if he decides to stop changing his username and profile picture every day because I'm not going to spend 30 minutes looking for it in my dms (he has already changed his name on telegram twice since this thread was created)

You don't have to pay back a client's losses.
However, in this case, when you know that the refund is not going to go through, you inform your customer before the deadline for returning the package has passed. I told you that I was afraid, that it was risky to cross this limit. All you did was tell me "don't worry". From that moment on, you are responsible for my losses.
You have no argument that all you can do is say I change my pfp on telegram...

you don't only change your profile picture, but also your username which makes you difficult to reach and what arguments are you talking about I don't give a damn about this scam report since you didn't pay me a single cent it's just invalid

Nevertheless, it's not up to you to judge if this scam report is invalid but to the moderation.
I'm waiting for the moderator's decision after having read the conversation and all the elements.
I saw that @ Liars asked for a free refund but you tell me that amazon is dead but at the same time you continue the amazon refunds. You have no logic.
