The suggestion is great but making it work is an issue -
1. What if starter (user who has started a giveaway) can't fulfill his obligation (providing whatever he has promised to the winner) ?
2. Since it would be a plugin / addition it would look like it's an official giveaway system.
3. Some users who claimed to run a few k giveaways in the past have been banned and we all know that those kind of giveaways were just bullshit.

1. The winner reports in a new section (False giveaways) .If it is a small giveaway - 90% warning (so the second one gets them banned for a week or two). If it is a big giveaway, insta 2 weeks - 1 month ban.

3. Yes unfortunately it won't prevent people who will exit scam anyway, but there are far too many who just farm likes and rep with them, and they are the ones who should be punished if they "forget" about the giveways.
