You assured them they would have 1 hour ( 60 minutes ) provided to them as a time window in which they would be able to trial the product/service. After 37 minutes they requested for reimbursement.

The alternative account that has contacted you is not peritent to this dispute.
The ownership of this account is irrelevant.

Through the dialect between you and the customer you exhibit pertinacity to the fact of the proxies working on the the target(s) or use case(s) that the customer defined, and never took the time to actually provide any evidence in which your statements are exhibited as true.

You also are coercing the buyer into the sale as though the proxies which you offer are extraorindary. You purchased a server from
RapidSeedBox, or from their supplier Leaseweb, then installed 3proxy on the server, and briefly configured it to function as a proxy and accept trafic to route through the protocols HTTP/S, and SOCKS4A.

The customer is not at fault; They were assured of a trial period in which a refund could be requested and processed without hassle, or hesitation.
Within the time window alotted by this trial period the customer had stated numerous times their desire for reimbursement.

If for some reason you are incapable of meeting this deadline, you will need to make me aware of this before the time of the deadline.


Truculency and belligerency are not characteristics which I care for.
Contretemps resolved through ad hominem and quarreled between transducers lead to abeyance at best.
