Generally I find it easiest to set myself a list of goals for the day and a reward for getting them all done. Start small, get bigger over time.
Today, make yourself vacuum your room and clean dishes. Give yourself a reward for that. Tomorrow, do 2 more things. Give another reward. Slowly do more and more. People say cheesy bullshit about "an object in motion stays in motion" but the basic level of that is true--someone who does more each day will train themselves to feel like they aren't doing as much. Slowly over time you'll build it up.
