Additional Information: Was looking for small exchange $140 Wise to USDT trc20. Found this service which has a really nice fees and vouches from a reputable users here on c.io and actually the communication was good but only before I've sent the funds.  After sending the funds I couldn't get a reply for 3+ hours, then got a reply that there was some urgent issue that the service provider had to take care off and they gonna take care of my exchange now in 10-20 minutes. Since then it's been around 17 hours but the service is just ignoring all of my messages.

You announced it after I've been ignored for very long time and opened the dispute, if you could take a minute to reply to my ticket and tell me this, specially when you running a service we could avoid this situation. No problem, refund when you can and we forget about this. Happy Ramadan

@Liars the service owner promised to refund the funds back to my Wise once his partner comes online and answer him, as he mentioned a matter of 2 days. I don't mind to wait but honestly wish they could solve it faster, specially such a low amount. The partner been very quick with replies before I've sent the payment, now he can't take few seconds to refund. Please try to refund soon as you can @W1CKY
