I am refusing for refund because he only paid me 99$ for this and know he expect that i will do everything.

No, you told me to wait for full guide and you have not delivered it at all. Why you dont respond days?! The project you told me about, you just gave me the login data for the site nothing more. 
in your thread u clearly say,  "FULLY MENTORSHIP + GUIDE" If im asking many question and often its because of the lack of your information.
