Additional Information: You need to make an Account on their website and connect it with discord, my old acc got termed. We found a solution in the past, but now he told me to show proof of a email I never recieved. He anknowledged that in the past (you can see on the evidence) but now he was just sending the same message again and again, after I told him I will file a report on c.io he blocked and banned me of his discord server.

Okay one last time, I never recieved a email after payment, I told you that right after I bought. I send you screenshots of my online banking, my real name and my email address.
