Additional Information: Dm'd me wanting to make a tool so I replied and contacted him against my better judgement haha, $100 is nothing just posting so it can be noted and he can be banned, has ran me around the ringer days about this going on, or that. End of the story, anyone here in this com who has done any good business for others always takes screenshots or some type of proof to let them see before hand, that + him needing a "friend" kind of alerted me to this seeming sketchy and once I received the latest message I knew the tool didn't even exist. Just want him banned as he already has another dd and will have more. Tldr; Defense Wants me to pay the remaining cost of this tool after accepting my $150 to start the development but cannot and absolutely refuses to show me as little as a screenshot, his "friend" the developer also refuses to show me a screenshot.
Crypto address for a refund: if ill be refunded ill post an addy but by seeing another deal dispute I assume he'll just take his pennies and run, would rather him just be banned.

As I mentioned before, you did not pay the developer the amount he was requesting so he did not send you the tool.
You could have paid him and got the tool instead of opening this DD against me, I will inform Virtual to destroy the tool since you are refusing to pay him for his work.

You have shown not a single screenshot of the "tool" that doesn't exist working, to second on what you said about virtual, why would I pay virtual when I started by paying you when you dm'd me wanting to be the "Developer" Where does that make sense, you'd rather use the same 1 point you've tried to make 15 times to me in 2 days rather then ever understand a new point, even tho you said in the convo you understand where im coming from lol

The agreement was $150 upfront to start, and $150 upon completion. You did not pay my developer for his work after he completed it,
so he is not sending you the tool since he was not paid. This is called fair business.
If a client does not have the funds to pay for the completed work, the project is then paused until final payment is confirmed.

Fair business is working with the customer not accepting $150, and not switching your position to anything but to send to bitcoin address tells me the quality / type of person you are, please don't tell me fair business lol i've seen more then you 100x over. Anyone in this community with a brain would send proof if the tool is already done and your still waiting payment lol

Don't act like you don't know what's going on.
You knew our agreement and you broke the contract.
Failure to pay the developer for his time for completing the tool has resulted in termination of our contract.
No refund or tool will be provided, I will take the $150 and pay the dev for time wasted. Thanks
