Additional Information: I opened up a ticket in their discord server and told them what I wanted. He told me that the deadline would be max 2 days (48h). I paid and I got the script, which did not work. Then the service owner (Honeytech // MrJustin) told me that they understand the issue and they could fix it but it would cost me an additional $100. This really made me reconsider it all, but since I was already down 150 I told him that I would give him a chance. He told me that it would take max 3 days. Approx 11 days later he wasn't finished so I said that if he doesn't finish it in 72h then I want a refund because he originally said 2 days, and now it had gone 10+. He still didn't manage to finish it, and I even had to buy an rdp for him to work on. Some days later I told him that I want my refund because this has gone on for too long. I told him that I can wait 24h for the refund. But he doesn't want to refund.
