Additional Information: Literally claims that his PC got BSOD and he doesn't have access to his wallet anymore to refund. And starts talking about his friend is gonna lend him proxies to get access to the wallet (???) He has been delaying with the refund for 4 days now.

I'm getting my paycheck may 3th and i will refund him his 30$ or he can choose another config that's not locked to Swedish ip that i can access

I don't want to lose my account over 30$

I can agree into waiting to 3th for a refund. If the refund isn't there on the 3th, it's an obvious scam.
