Explanation: I purchased two accounts. Listing said it would be provided with VCC and Card. Received none from these two accounts. False promises. I want a refund and I am returning these two accounts that are in good standing. I can provide the actual details of the account via through Liars or a moderator to confirm. But no card details or vcc was provided to me. And I don't want a replacement, I want a refund.

I dont see any issues accout fully works, if you want to makw big payments you need Debit Card PIn, to do this you need to order card to your address!

Card should've been provided upon delivery. Now you say that it must be physically mailed to me. You should've wrote that on ur listing instead of writing "+CARD" on the listing. You never mentioned that I had to go through another process since you never wrote that out in the listing. Refund please.
