Additional Information: Hi I bought config from @PhantomHQ  on 02 July after 30 min or less from using it I got an error https://i.ibb.co/MMM6nH3/image.png he sent another version on 03 July in this new version all accounts checked BLOCKED I sent him Fresh hits that has been LOCKED . then he start saying that I the proxy I am using lock hits .
in fact when he was testing accs he used US proxy which lead to accs lock and he didn't knew what is the best country to use for the website then suddenly start claiming I need to find another proxy supplier .
the config didn't work for even 30 min and when I told him that he said that I knew it was locking hits while he was saying that the config works flawlessy
response time is always over 24h .

Alright ill write detailed response to OP and ill try to not leave single question unanswered, had long day at work and im tired af, will update you guys after i get some sleep.
I know im right and i will prove it, i just need to rest my mind a bit to deal with braindead once again.

Ill try my best to show all proofs chronologically and explain everything to it's details for staff members and others reading this.
OP contacting me and asking me about config and hit locking, i said i had no idea since i didnt notice it locked hits or not and offered him to test config however he liked before payment. Proof Link
Me telling him that i rechecked the hits i got from config before and they turned out to be locked, which means that config indeed locked hits and he was informed about this. Proof Link
OP is still interested to purchase config even after i informed that config locked hits, as he thinks he might find solution for this problem by finding right proxy provider for the config. Proof Link
Me doing more tests and showing results and sending hits i got from config, so OP could test and make sure if it locked hits or not. Proof Link
After thoroughly testing config for him and showing him results, OP comes back later he purchases config. Proof Link
Thing is i really didnt know if config locked hits or not, untill OP brought up that to me, so i offered him to do more tests with config, i tested and and showed him results and i told specifically told him that it locked hits, but he still came back for the config and wanted discount, because of this issue i lowered price from 350 to 250 and he purchased config, now he is acting like he didnt know about this issue and wants to scam me lol.
You cannot say for sure that issue is with the config/api, it might be proxies or bad fingerprint or something else but that doesn't matter because i told him that it locked hits but he still pulled trigger and gave it a try.
Im not denying that hit locking is not issue, im denying that he calling me scammer and acting like he didnt know about this from that.
I'm done talking to this scammer and ill be waiting for staff instructions, also if needed i can provide more proofs to help make fair decision.

I used 3 different proxies providers & I used my laptop and brand new RDP and 100% of accounts Locked .
he was saying that another client bought it and he was happy with results .
he is using screenshots that only show what he want .
I can post full discussion .
BTW when I didn't respond to him for few days he come to me asking if I am still interested to buy it .
if you know your config lock 100% accs you shouldn't posted it for sale .

I knew you would not answer to this question, but that doesn't matter because everyone who will look at proofs i sent, can see it clearly as it shows massage dates and it's in order.
Also since you are saying that i'm only using screenshots that only show what i want, i decided to show full chat log to staff, What other lies will you come up with now?
Anyways as i said i have sent full chatlog to @Liars to speed up process and save everyones time, im sure he will make fair decesion.

you are selling a config which lock all accounts and with low cpm than what you advertised .
you said config works flawlessly which it locks hits can you tell me what the definition for flawlessly ?? especially when you were fucking coming to me to buy it when I stop responding about the lock of accounts ? .
can you show screenshots from that other client that he is using same config LOL .

It didnt have low cpm, i showed proofs multiple times.
As i expected, you didnt answer my simple question.
