I was holding paypal and cashapp for this toxic retard, one day he sent a payment which fell on "hold" because it was e-bank in paypal and can take days to complete... I refused to send him his part in advance and wait for it to be completed and he went crying to open a dispute against me... For my part I spoke with @Liars and mentioned that I would send the payment to Skug risking that his paypal payments would be cancelled... I sent him his payment, and then he cried for some cashapp payments which I refunded because I did not want to continue holding for him, so he refused to close the dispute until I paid him the $7 of cashapp that I had already refunded, I paid him those $7 without complaining I just wanted to close the dispute...

Days later I received the email from paypal mentioning that the funds transfer was cancelled, I sent him the photos and asked for the money but since he is very mentally retarded he did not want to take responsibility, this dispute is not for him to pay me.... I just want him to be banned for being toxic and retard. and also for refusing to pay.

The payments made were processed via manual dms, this said buyer in question also sent me a screenshot that paypal said this payment would be available on aug 23 [this payment was sent on 17/18 aug as long as im aware, i conveyed this to lagrimas and he told me that to tell him to "just send, will be instant" https://imgur.com/a/ceyxhJg https://imgur.com/a/OCQT8sc, very immature for him to call me "toxic retard" when he himself told me that the money will be available instantly and not after 7 days after i sent him the screenshot of the paypal screen and he said "just send, will be instant", Also lagrimas never made me aware of any Terms of conditions or something that states that i would be Liabile for any chargebacks, also stating your comments below now,
