Additional Information:I started reselling Adobe from @KenzX paying $60 for the first 3 orders After that we agreed on a discounted price of $55 per order for a 1-year service as it was listed on his Sellpass I bought around 27 upgrades making only $10 to $20 or sometimes even less on some orders. After the Adobe method got patched he randomly claimed the warranty was only for 2 months even though it was sold as 1 year Before Warranty on his sellpass was This screenshot is from his Netflix Thread on Sellpass Now it's updated for 2 months only for Adobe customers are asking for refunds for the unused time bcoz they paid for Personal Upgrades Not some Temporary accounts but he’s only agreeing to refund very small amounts instead of refunding for the unused time based on the actual calculations for each order When I sent him my refund calculations he started abusing me and said he’s helping me even though I paid him for every order. I also reached out to @Liars and @Darkness about this issue few days back first i tried to solve everything on Telegram but he is not co-operating so this is the only option Left for me I can refund some orders but I’m being asked to refund much more than I earned from these sales. I can’t afford to lose everything or get scam reports on my profile bcoz i have to provide other services for 1+ Year There are a lot of personal details of both customers and us so I can’t share anything here but I will provide everything privately to the mods I’m requesting the mods to make a decision based on our Chats Plz.

this person was lie to his customers to make them buy the product and making money he told them they have a full time warranty on a product like adobe cc which it has a method may get patched on any moment which I never told him smth like that before and it's mentioned on every place before buy that the warranty info and full guide for how it works

He pay to me 55$ pre the upgrade and bought on total 10-14 upgrades maybe or less they aren't on 1 day or month
last upgrade he bought from me that he asking for refund for it now it's since about 3 months
he told the customer that he will give him full year warranty while I was only provide 2 months warranty only to be fair product for me and the customer incase the method got patched
the adobe cc plan costing from adobe itself is about 90$ pre month I give year for 55$ which it's too cheap
so if method got patched before 2 months he will be get 180$ worth product and paid 60$ only also I got new method and replace customers with it too so I never told him that I won't give you adobe product anymore but method changed to be need new account everytime inside from be on same account which it's not a big different since most of ppl need the apps access and nothing else it doesn't make matter if it's new or old account

his customer told him that he gived him a full warranty it's his lie and asked for refund and to be kind with one from my resellers and helping him on his lie I told him okay his warrany has done and I shouldn't refund him and Iam still can give the product to him also but ur customer doesn't like to change the account and choosed to get refund I will remove a 3 months cost plan that he used from what I get paid with it
this nigger want to count the the days like 0.15$ cent pre day to take profit from the refund which it's so dirty

I just mention all of it to showing the truth so when @Liars and @Darkness read the chat they will can figure all of it

Since iam here now and wasted my time on show all of this I won't offer any refunds to him since the product warranty time has been done and Iam still able to give the customer his product so I don't need to refund any money

I respect @Liars and @Darkness fair decision on it and I tried fix all of this before stress them with this shit but kindness doesn't be good always sorry maams for that

I sold this product only on my sellpass 158 time the year plan only too I have another customers was buying direct on discord and telegram like him and product got patched since about month for now

I never got 1 complain , refund request or scam report from a customer or reseller because I never lie to anyone even I tell the customer the bad things about the product and I mention all points and don't care about sell more by lies like he did because I already selling more by tell the truth

the new method I have new customers with it too and the price of the new method increased more than the old I can show proofs to any word from what I mentioned and said here incase it's needed for it

I'm just respecting my customers privacy bcoz i don't want to expose there emails and you just exposed one of em what can be done u need proofs right so here it is

My Previous tele got banned and i dont have proof from previous one and its not possible to keep record of every sale

Some of the payment proofs I’ve provided above may include transactions for Canva as well. However, it's not possible to open every single LTC transaction and verify each one individually.

Customer Said I don’t need it on temp account etc. Please refund for the time unused.

It is disappointing that even after getting a lot of reputation and likes you still have behavior issues. Look at how this person talks when something goes wrong. Abusing someone will not help you in any way.
