I cant refund him when he has reported me, paypal is holding the money, not me. And I already passed the proof to paypal that he is lying. So I don't think PayPal is going to refund the money. After what he did to me, he doesn't deserve a refund. I can send him the method for 10 euros as we agreed.
@0xword & @maddcanz We will keep this report open until the case is solved on paypal. If @oxword get the money he will have to refund.
